An event every week that begins at 12:05 pm on Monday and Thursday, repeating until June 30, 2025
All levels are welcomed to this class that meets you where you are, and invites you to explore the breath, slow flow and gentle strength building through yoga postures. We will start class slowly, build a bit of energy, and end with a cool down and rest to carry you off of your mat and into your day with grounded clarity. No experience needed. Please bring an exercise or yoga mat and wear clothing that allows you to move freely on your mat.
